Piece one is a display that reflects on the different layers of a body's contemporary everyday life. It is a physical reflection on the current generalised state of anxiety and disorientation caused by the saturation of information, noise and data. It asks how we are able to cope with this hyper-stimulus to which we are exposed and which we often choose to expose ourselves to and impose on ourselves. The question of how a body deals with all that it accumulates arises from an accumulation of clichés, popular symbols and fragilities. Materialities, substances, sounds, skins? Understanding them as layers that affect each other, that transform their environment and that penetrate and transform the body that manages them.
